每一页写入一个书签，旧大纲被换成新的。 pdf-lib writes the download named bookmarked.pdf. Titles are Page 1 and then Page 2. SECRET-BOOKMARK leaves. KEEP and Keep Title stay. The link is https://example.com/keep-link.

A bad file stops with "This PDF could not be read." A file with no pages stops with "This PDF has no pages." A locked file stops with "Expected instance of PDFDict, but got instance of undefined".
