How to remove form fields from a PDF
This tool takes one PDF and deletes its fillable form: the text boxes, check boxes, drop-down lists and buttons. You download one file named without-forms.pdf. There is nothing else to choose. Whatever was typed into the fields goes with them. It is not printed onto the page, so keep your original if you need those answers. If you want the answers to stay visible, use Flatten PDF instead, which draws each field onto the page and then removes it. Page text stays, and you can still select it. Links and notes stay. The title, the page size, the page count and any sideways pages stay the same. Nothing is turned into a picture. A PDF with no form still saves, and its words stay.
Your file stays on your device. It is never uploaded, so you can strip forms from private applications and records. You can check this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, go to the network panel and add a file. No upload appears. There is no sign-up and no watermark, and when you close the page the copy in your browser is gone.
