How to make every page in a PDF the same size
Files made from mixed sources often have pages of different sizes. This tool uses your first page as the guide. Every page in the new file has the size of page 1. Each page is made bigger or smaller until it fits, then centered. The shape of the page never changes, so nothing is stretched or cut off. A page that is a different shape leaves some blank space on two sides. A one-page file stays one page of the same size. Your text stays text, so you can still select and search it. This is useful before you print, merge or send a file whose pages are different sizes. A scan next to a Letter page and a small receipt, for example, can look messy in one file. After this step the pages look even when you flip through them.
Choose your PDF and press the button. There is no setting to change. You download same-size.pdf. If you want a set size such as Letter or A4, use Resize PDF. If you want Tabloid, use Resize PDF to Tabloid. If you want to change size by a percent, use Scale PDF. The new file is a normal PDF. You can open it in any viewer, print it, or send it to someone else.
