How to print 6 pages per sheet from a PDF
This tool puts six of your pages on each portrait US Letter sheet. The pages sit in two columns and three rows, with half an inch of space around the edge and between pages. They read left to right, then top to bottom: pages 1 and 2 on the top row, 3 and 4 in the middle, 5 and 6 at the bottom. The next six pages start a new sheet. If the last group is short, the last sheet has empty spots. Each page is made smaller to fit its spot and stays centered. Nothing is cropped or stretched. People use this to save paper, to make study sheets, and to review slides on fewer sheets. Six per sheet is still big enough to read slides.
Choose your PDF and press the button. There is no setting to change. You download six-up.pdf. Need a different layout? Try 4 pages per sheet, or 2 pages per sheet on a landscape sheet. This tool is not a booklet maker. It keeps pages in order and does not rearrange them for folding. The new file is a normal PDF. You can open it in any viewer, print it, or send it to someone else.
There is no page limit. Very large files depend on your device's memory, so a huge file may be slow. It's free, with no account and no watermark. Your original file is never changed.
Password-protected? Unlock it first with Unlock PDF, then come back. If the file won't open, it may be damaged or not a real PDF. Try opening it in another viewer first. A PDF with no pages can't be placed on a sheet.
