How to organize the pages of a PDF

Organize PDF lets you rearrange a PDF page by page. After you choose a file, every page gets its own row. Each row has buttons to rotate the page, delete it, move it up, and move it down. Rotate turns the page a quarter turn clockwise each time you press it. Delete marks the row as Will be deleted, and you can undo that. When you are done, one button saves a single new PDF called organized.pdf. Deleted pages are left out, and the rest follow the order you set, with your turns. Pages are not redrawn, so text stays selectable and pictures keep their quality. You cannot drag pages or copy a page here.

Your file stays on your device. Organizing happens in your browser, so nothing is uploaded to our servers or anyone else's. To check, open your browser's network panel, add a file, and watch for uploads. You will not see one. The new PDF downloads as organized.pdf. When you close the tab, the copy in your browser is gone.

This tool is free. There is no account, no daily limit, and no watermark on the file you download. You cannot delete every page, because a PDF needs at least one. Very large files depend on your device's memory, so a big scan may be slow on a phone.

If you press Download before the page list shows, wait a moment and try again. If you delete every page, keep at least one and try again. If your PDF will not open, it may be password-protected. Unlock it first with Unlock PDF, then try again. To join files, use Merge PDF. To cut a file into parts, use Split PDF. To turn pages into pictures, use PDF to JPG.

Common questions

How do I reorder pages in a PDF?

Use Move up and Move down on each row. Each row shows its original page number, so you can tell pages apart. Rows marked Will be deleted are left out of the saved file, and the rest stay in the order shown.

Is my PDF uploaded when I organize it?

No. Your file stays on your device and is never uploaded. You get one new file named organized.pdf, and your original is left untouched.

How do I rotate a page in a PDF?

Press Rotate on that page's row. Each press turns it a quarter turn clockwise: 90 degrees, 180, 270, then back to the start. The turn stays with the page when you move it, and it is saved only if you keep the page.

Do I need an account to organize a PDF?

No. Organize PDF is free, with no account, no daily limit, and no watermark.
