How to print 3 pages per sheet from a PDF
This tool puts three of your pages on each portrait US Letter sheet. They sit in one column, top to bottom. Page 1 is at the top, page 2 in the middle and page 3 at the bottom. There is half an inch of space around the edge and between pages. The next three pages start a new sheet. If the last group is short, the empty spots stay blank. Each page is made smaller to fit its spot and stays centered. Nothing is cropped or stretched. Handouts with room beside each page for notes are a common use. A sheet with three slides is a classic handout. Slides fit well, and the page leaves some free space beside each one.
Choose your PDF and press the button. There is no setting to change. You download three-up.pdf. Need a different layout? Try 4 pages per sheet, or 2 pages per sheet on a landscape sheet. This tool is not a booklet maker. It keeps pages in order and does not rearrange them for folding. The new file is a normal PDF. You can open it in any viewer, print it, or send it to someone else.
There is no page limit. Very large files depend on your device's memory, so a huge file may be slow. It's free, with no account and no watermark. Your original file is never changed.
Password-protected? Unlock it first with Unlock PDF, then come back. If the file won't open, it may be damaged or not a real PDF. Try opening it in another viewer first. A PDF with no pages can't be placed on a sheet.
