How to compress a PDF
Add your PDF and Compress PDF saves a smaller copy. It packs the inside of the file more tightly without lowering the quality of your photos. A report that is mostly text often gets smaller. A scan or a page of photos usually stays close to its old size, because those pictures were already compressed. We do not promise a percentage, and we cannot promise that a website or form will accept the file. You get one PDF named compressed.pdf. Use it before you email a report, attach a file to a form, or upload a document to a portal.
Your file stays on your device. It is never uploaded. Your original is not changed, and we add no watermark. Text you could select before is still text you can select. Close the tab when you finish and nothing stays behind.
